Soup & Fish Dinner
It’s Monday night and this is my official first dinner for this blog. We have a dinner plan tomorrow, so I decided to keep the meal light.
The Potato Leek soup has non-fat milk instead of cream.
Miso glazed Cod is baked in the oven, so oil was not used for this dish.
Jasmine Rice has cilantro, parsley, toasted walnuts, black olives, scallions, lemon zest & truffle infused olive oil. These flavorful mixture makes this rice SO tasty!! I also added a little salt, pepper and soy sauce to finish.
