I went to get more clams today. After having the clam chowder the other day, I craved for more clams! 🙂 This time around, I kept it light and made pasta style soba noodles. I also added some shiso leaves at the end. My fiancé is leaving to Montreal for his friend’s bachelor party this weekend… and knowing that they’ll be driving up there, he won’t have much choice in eating healthy. So I wanted to keep our dinner light and healthy today.
The arugula salad is simply tossed in balsamic oil & olive oil with a little salt & pepper…topped with yogurt marinated cucumber.
