I’m having lunch at work right now and came across this article!!

I don’t have kids yet but sitting down at home for dinner with my husband at the end of the day is very important time for us. We chat about our day and sometimes it’s about nothing but it’s a routine yet it’s SO important. EVERYONE’s busy with something these days in our modern society, so let’s just all take an hour… if not, 20min.! to eat together with someone you care about today and have conversation! If not dinner, do breakfast! If you are single living on your own, invite a good friend over for a dinner together! Let’s stop making excuses to spend precious time with people you love. Our life is too short to let that slip by~! Have a great weekend everyone. 🙂
