Happy Halloween~~~!

Every year, I carve a pumpkin or two for Halloween decorations. This year, I finally got around to watch  The Nightmare before Christmas so I decided to carve that on to my pumpkin. After I carved the pumpkin, I always toast the seeds for some yummy snack. The spices are mixture of paprika, brown sugar, cumin, salt, & pepper with  little bit of olive oil.

Here’s our dinner. Fancy spring rolls with jerk flavored slow roasted pork. I totally forgot to take a picture of simmered collard greens but we did eat vegis.
