Oysters and Chardonnay on a special day
Last year this day, we got married in front of our family and friends. We decided to make dinner at home after having a nice lunch at Pastis and hanging out in Meat Packing district, NYC. To make the dinner special, we opened a nice bottle of chardonnay and bought fresh oysters from Lobster Place . Oysters are prepared 3 ways. I also made braised rabbit with roasted pepper sauce and swiss chard.
