Personal Chef Story: Romantic Birthday Brunch

This weekend, I was asked to create a course brunch by a husband who wanted to surprise his wife (and their first daughter) on her birthday morning. They just had their second baby girl and instead of going out to eat, he wanted to surprise her in a comfort of their own home. What a thoughtful idea!! and he has asked me 2 months in advance! Total James Bond like move~ I was thrilled to be asked to take part in this thoughtful surprise birthday gift.  Since this was a surprise brunch, instead of me cooking in their kitchen, I had all the courses packed by 7 a.m. in the morning. Congratulations to Mr & Mrs. K for the birth of beautiful daughter and Happy Birthday again to Mrs. K!
