Chef’s Garden Vegetables
the package included abundance of BEAUTIFUL summer vegetables!!
so here are some of the dishes I made… Pickled Radishes, Baked Heirloom Tomatoes and Baby Summer Squash, Fried Zucchini Flower Salad and Lightly Pan Fried Greens.
and I also made Shiso Flavored Sesame Oil and tossed it with fresh Tuna Sashimi chunks.
