Mini Vacation with Friends in Connecticut
My friends invited us to a gorgeous beach house in CT last weekend and we all took turns cooking. Here’s our first night dinner by ex-chef Trace.
Never go wrong with great company, great food and great wine!
For brunch, Phil made eggs over easy, Justin grilled sausages and I made hashed potatoes and sliced freshly picked tomatoes from the mini tomato garden on the side of the house.
For dinner, I made Matsutake Wild Rice, Lemon Sole with truffle butter, and Grilled Seafood Tomato Salad.
Food was fantastic over all, but the best part was the cutest host of this amazing weekend get-a-way!
