Farm Fresh Eggs
Rachel at work gave me her Farm Fresh Eggs today!
Look how lovely they are in different colors and sizes! I couldn’t pass this opportunity to make something immediately. I really wanted to taste the eggs so I kept it simple. Japanese dish called tamago don. Basically, it’s onions and eggs simmered in soy, mirin, sugar and dashi broth over rice in a bowl. The key for this dish is to NOT scramble or over cook the eggs.
